Privacy notice

This is a translation for convenience. The Spanish version is the governing text under Mexican law.

1. Data controller

Obed Virgen Alanis, an individual, operates warehub.mx under the trade name “WareHub” (“WareHub”, “we”) and is responsible for processing your personal data. 2. Personal data we collect

• If you ask about a building or request options (“Contact the developer” and “Can't find what you need?” forms): name, company, email, phone, size needed, location of interest, target move-in date and your message.
• If you create an account (needed to download branded sheets or comparisons): name, email, phone or WhatsApp, brokerage or company and title, and which sheets and comparisons you download and which buildings or searches you share (you can see it in “My account”). If you sign in with Google, Google shares your name, email and a Google account identifier with us; we never receive your password. If you sign in with your email, we send you a one-time code.
• If you subscribe to alerts: email and the search criteria you choose.
• If you are a developer or owner asking to list: name, company, email, phone and information about your inventory.
• Business contact data of industrial developers' staff (name, title, work email and phone), obtained from publicly available sources such as company websites and marketing materials, professional contact search services, or provided by the individuals themselves.
• Browsing: a random identifier generated by your browser, pages and listings viewed, searches and filters, actions on the site (compare, share, download), device type, language, referring site and campaign parameters (utm). We do not use this identifier to find out who you are. To stop abuse (spam, attempts to get into other people's accounts) we keep an encrypted, irreversible fingerprint of your IP address for less than a day; never the IP itself. We also use Google Analytics to measure visits in aggregate: it receives the pages you visit, your device and browser type, your approximate location (city) and an identifier stored in a cookie; it does not tell us who you are.

We do not collect sensitive personal data. The site is aimed at professionals and companies; we do not knowingly collect data from minors.

3. How we use your data

Purposes needed to provide the service:

• Handle your information request and pass it on to the developer or owner of the building you are interested in, so they can contact you.
• Find and send you building options that match your requirements.
• Send you the new-listing alerts you asked for.
• Create and manage your account and give you access to it (with Google or an email code).
• Generate your branded broker sheets and comparisons and keep a record of their use.
• Serve developers and owners who want to list, follow up on the business relationship, and contact developers' staff to offer listing their inventory and ask for their availability.
• Keep the site secure and prevent abuse or fraud.

Additional purposes (you may opt out):

• Send you news about new inventory, site updates, market reports and WareHub promotions.
• Produce statistics and market studies to improve the site. Reports we share with third parties (for example, developers) are aggregated and do not identify you.

To opt out of the additional purposes, email hola@warehub.mx with the subject “Additional purposes”. Opting out does not affect how we handle your request.

4. Who we share your data with

• The developer or owner of the building (or their sales representative) you ask about: your name, company, contact details and message, so they can handle your request. This transfer is necessary to do what you ask us to.
• Authorities, when required by law.
• Service providers processing data on our behalf, under confidentiality and security obligations: site hosting (Vercel), database (Supabase), email delivery (Resend), and email, Google sign-in and visit measurement with Google Analytics (Google). They may store information on servers outside Mexico, mainly in the United States.

We do not sell or rent your personal data.

5. Your rights (ARCO) and withdrawing consent

You may access, rectify, cancel or object to the processing of your data, and withdraw your consent or limit its use, by emailing hola@warehub.mx. Include your name and a way to reply to you; a document proving your identity (or your legal representative's); a clear description of the data and the right you want to exercise; and anything that helps us locate your information. We will reply through the same channel within the time limits set by applicable law.

If you have an account, you can correct your details at any time from “My account” (warehub.mx/en/cuenta) and delete it right there, under “Account settings”: your account, broker details and history of sheets, comparisons and shared links are deleted immediately.

To stop receiving WareHub emails, reply “UNSUBSCRIBE” to any of them or write to us. If you believe your right to data protection has been violated, you may go to the competent Mexican authority, currently the Secretaría Anticorrupción y Buen Gobierno.

6. Cookies and storage in your browser

We do not use advertising cookies (advertising signals are turned off in Google Analytics). We use our own cookies to keep you signed in if you have an account (up to 6 months or until you sign out), Google Analytics cookies (_ga and _ga_*, up to 2 years) to measure visits, and your browser's local storage for the random measurement identifier and the buildings you choose to compare. You can clear or block them in your browser settings, or turn off Google Analytics with its opt-out add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout); the site will keep working (you'll need to sign in again). Maps load images from OpenFreeMap, which receives your IP address to deliver them.

7. Retention

We keep your data for as long as needed for the purposes above and for the periods required by law, and then delete it. Your account data is kept while you have the account; if you delete it, it is deleted immediately.

8. Changes to this notice

Any changes will be posted on this page with their update date. If WareHub later operates through a company, we will say so here.
